How we serve

Clear dashi carries classics such as kake, bukkake, dipping broth, and kitsune udon, plus seasonal bukkake bowls and occasional creative specials. Tell us how you like noodle temperature and seasoning when you order.

Tempura comes crisp from the fryer; sides include ABURI seared plates and croquettes. Sake selections rotate with arrivals. Same-day signage at the shop wins over anything printed here.
